Ordering:
**Orders must be placed by 3pm Central Time to insure same day delivery.
**Pre-Orders must be made at least 2 weeks early to receive 10% off.
Delivery:
**We guarantee on time delivery or your order is free, with the exception of extreme weather conditions. Once again, orders must be placed by 3pm Central Time to insure same day delivery.
**If delivery attempt has been made and no one answers, we will either leave a tag on the door for pick-up, or leave the gift with a neighbor, according to senders approval and preference.
**Out of Town delivery cost is $10.00
Substitution Policy:
**Flowers are a function of nature. Sometimes, specific flowers and specific colors just aren't available on a given day. We will try our best to make a suitable substitution . If the arrangement substitutions become too extreme, we will call you to suggest other alternatives.
Check Policy:
**A 35.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
